RESEARCH WITH ROBOTA
Making one's toy more personal is the wish of most children. Tools of artificial intelligence which provide adaptive and learning abilities or allow to simulate development are very suitable for this purpose. The Robota dolls are controlled by an Artificial Neural Network (ANN). ANN are tools of Artificial Intelligence with wide application, ranging from financial market, medical database and to industrial robotics.
The Robota dolls offer multiple means of interaction. They can react to touch and handling (inclination), to human presence (pyroelectric sensor and camera), to simple joystick commands, to music (CDs and xylophone-keyboard) and to speech.
